An extraordinary selection of artisanal and unusual breads, many sold by weight. All baked in house and with passion and verve. We visit the boulangerie outside Batz sur Mer as well as the one in the centre of Le Croisic. This is possibly where the four is, given the busy heat and fat wall of flour sacks by the door. I love this place and the sense of urgent expectation you feel standing in the queue. Our french neighbours (we are Irish) rave to us about Maison Yomi and their excellent breads, and we are delighted to tell them that we have already found them for ourselves.- Cuisine

Nous les attendions depuis longtemps à Batz sur mer et ils sont enfin venus !! Une boulangerie simple et digne de son appellation !! Pas de blablabla..pas de communication à la sauce " maître artisan " que certains connaissent à Batz !! Ils font du pain..du vrai et du bon!!! Merci !!

Excellent pain, notamment le T80 nature ou aux graines. Les petits gâteaux valent aussi le détour. Une autre boulangerie Yomi existe au centre du Croisic.

Ils sont fatigués de l'été ? Qu'ils ferment quelques jours, et qu'ils aillent là où il y a moins de monde, mais le monde, ça rapporte de l'argent, c'est bien le but étant donné le barème de tarifs ! Vulgarité et pas très propre non plus. Bio au levain il y en a plein depuis des années. Je conseille d'aller ailleurs.Traduction
Very good bread at first, always average welcome but dedicated baker. Since then, moldy bread, terrible welcome, favoritism even if you arrived first, and being thrown out verbally and physically when you come to buy bread because you ask a question politely is simply unacceptable. Are they tired of the summer? Let them close for a few days, and go somewhere where there are fewer people, but people bring in money, that's the point given the price scale! Vulgarity and not very clean either. There have been plenty of organic sourdough for years. I recommend going elsewhere.

Pour ma 2eme visite dans la boulangerie à l'entrée de Batz-sur-Mer, il m'est répondu qu'il n'y a plus de baguette. J'accepte pour la 1ère fois car je m'y suis prise au dernier moment. En revanche, ce matin, il était 11h/11h15 et la livraison de 10 heures était déjà épuisée. Re-tenterai-je une dernière fois ?

Commande passée hier 14 août pour réservation de trois baguettes aux graines, et vérification que cette réservation a bien été notée. Ce matin 8h30, réponse, aucune réservation, notée… Service nul et aucune excuse
